Apple Shifts From Genius Bars to Genius Groves, Hoping Patrons Linger

SAN FRANCISCO — Goodbye, Apple Genius Bar. You are being replaced by a tree-filled Genius Grove, which will have more room to sit and more Apple customer service specialists to troubleshoot devices.
